Comedian and media personality Oga Obinna has finally addressed claims made by Millicent Ayuwa, popularly known as Dem Wa Facebook, regarding their sudden split.
In a recent interview with Radio47 Presenter Alex Mwakideu, Dem Wa Facebook alleged that Obinna abruptly cut ties with her without explanation.
She revealed that the two had worked closely for nearly seven months, developing such strong on-screen chemistry that fans speculated they were romantically involved.
According to Dem Wa Facebook, she was left in the dark when communication suddenly stopped. “Till date, I don’t know what happened.”
“Normally, we recorded on Mondays and the PA would text me, but one week I just didn’t get any message. I assumed maybe the contract ended and he wanted to work with other artistes,” she said.
She added that although their time together was short, she cherished the experience, even introducing Obinna to her parents and vice versa.
Obinna has now responded through a video posted on his Instagram.
He dismissed rumors of bad blood, insisting there was no fallout between them. “About beef, it’s true we don’t have any beef. That’s my bebi and I will never beef with her,” he said.
However, the comedian suggested that Dem Wa Facebook is not being fully honest about the circumstances, pointing her to past WhatsApp conversations and group chats as proof she knew what transpired.
“Bebi, check WhatsApp – 6th November 2024. Also check our group WhatsApp: 23rd Sept, 21st Aug, 16th Aug, 15th Oct. Evidence iko kwa kalatas,” he wrote.
While Obinna maintains that their relationship remains cordial, his remarks have fueled more speculation, leaving fans curious about what really led to the abrupt end of their partnership.
