Cash prizes, trophies await as Bungoma youth showcase talent at 3-day Talanta Expo Auditions

Youths in Bungoma County are set to end the year in style as Senate Chief Whip David Wakoli has launched the Talanta Expo Auditions for them, which will run for three days.

Speaking to the media, Wakoli, who is also the Bungoma Senator, said the auditions will take place from Monday, December 29 until 31 December at different venues across the county.

He explained that today’s event will be held at Kimilili Boys High School. Tomorrow, auditions will move to PCEA Reliance High School. The finals will be held on 31 December at Bungoma Boys High School, marking the climax of the talent show.

The Senator noted that talented youths will compete in singing, rap, dance, spoken word and comedy.

He encouraged all youths who believe they have talent in these categories to register and take part in the auditions.

Winners will receive cash prizes and trophies. Senator Wakoli insisted that registration is free.
