Harambee Stars head coach Benni McCarthy has made three adjustments to his final 25-man squad for the upcoming African Nations Championship (CHAN), scheduled to kick off on August 2, 2025.
Shabana’s midfielder Brian Michira, Tusker’s Midfielder Chrispin Erambo, and Sofapaka’s forward Edward Omondi have been drafted in as replacements for Mohammed Bajaber, Swaleh Pamba, and Brian Musa, who will now miss the tournament.
With just a 3 days to go, Harambee Stars are now fully focused on their opening match against DR Congo on August 3 at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani. Kenya will also face Angola, Morocco, and Zambia in Group A, with the support of the home crowd expected to play a big role in their debut CHAN campaign.
