Digital creator Lydia Wanjiru has once again stirred debate online after hinting at what many followers believe could be another round of cosmetic surgery, just weeks after publicly speaking about altering her body and choosing a life defined on her own terms.
In a recent social media post, Wanjiru shared a photo of her arm accompanied by a caption that quickly ignited speculation among her followers.
“One day I will show up with fuller boobs and slimmer arms, don’t say I didn’t tell you,” she wrote, a statement that drew mixed reactions ranging from curiosity to concern.
The post comes in the context of a previously viral video in which the content creator openly discussed her personal views on relationships, marriage and motherhood.
In the video, Wanjiru stated that she was not interested in getting married or having children, explaining that she preferred independence and a non-traditional lifestyle.
“I want to date, I want to find love. I want to just have someone I can share my life with and whose life I can share, those paper things, officialising things, living together Monday to Monday, January to December, it’s just not my thing,” she said at the time.
She added that she preferred a relationship built around companionship rather than conventional expectations. “I want a companion who’s busy, who has their own place and we meet whenever we plan,” she explained.
On motherhood, Wanjiru was equally clear, stating that she had decided to remain child-free. In the same video, she linked her earlier cosmetic surgery to that decision.
“I don’t want biological children. I am ready to be a rich aunty,” she said.
