Couple accuses hospital of kidney harvesting after undergoing C-Section birth

A distressed couple has raised serious allegations against a local hospital, claiming that the wife may have had one of her kidneys removed without her consent during a past medical procedure.

The couple, whose identities remain undisclosed for privacy reasons, shared their ordeal while speaking to the media.

According to the husband, the concerns began when they recently visited a kidney specialist after his wife experienced recurring health complications.

He recounted that during an ultrasound examination, the attending doctor appeared unusually focused on one area.

When questioned, the doctor informed him that it appeared as though his wife only had one kidney.

Shocked by the findings, the husband asked how such a situation could have occurred, especially since the problem began three years earlier after the birth of their youngest child through a C-section.

Seeking clarity, he was told to wait for the chief doctor, but the response he later received left him even more unsettled.

The chief doctor suggested that some people are born with a single kidney—an explanation the husband found unsatisfactory.

Determined to get answers, he sought a second opinion from another specialist. The second doctor dismissed the claim that one kidney could simply be missing from birth, insisting that such cases are extremely rare.

After reviewing the ultrasound images, the specialist confirmed the absence of the kidney and noted that if it were diseased or damaged, traces would still be visible.

The husband said this revelation led him to suspect that something may have happened during the C-section, especially since his wife had delivered four other children without complications.

The couple is now demanding a thorough investigation into the hospital’s conduct, alleging that the kidney may have been removed without their knowledge.
