- Rapper Trio Mio says KCSE results will not determine his future
Kenyan rapper TJ Mario Kasela alias Trio Mio has now revealed that his KCSE results wouldn't make any difference in his life regardless of the grade he will score.
Speaking on Saturday, January 14 during TV47's Bomba La Sanaa show, Trio said that he did his best and no matter the results, he will focus on his music first.
Trio was among the 884,263 candidates that sat for the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams in November and December.
"I don't compete with anyone, the only competition I have is with myself. I did my best and as for the results, I leave that to God.
"The grade that I will score will not determine what I eat. For me, I will continue with music because I want to be a better musician, I will now focus on full production. I can do better things like be a producer just like Boutros. For those who want to continue with school, that's okay," Mio said.
