The family of the late Jackline Mbone, a 37-year-old hairdresser and mother of three, is demanding justice after her mysterious and brutal death.

Mbone was allegedly killed, and her body doused with petrol before being set on fire, in an incident that has left the Kericho community shocked and deeply saddened.

Speaking on behalf of the family, her sister Caroline Mbone said they firmly believe Mbone was murdered at her father-in-law’s home on the outskirts of Kericho town.

Kericho OCPD Tom Makori confirmed that investigations into the incident are still ongoing.
