Internet personality and beauty entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola has spoken candidly about her liposuction experience, revealing the physical toll it took on her and how it has since reshaped her lifestyle choices.
In a post shared on her official Instagram account on March 16, 2026, Ntazola described the aftermath of the procedure as far more intense than she had anticipated.
She admitted that the recovery period was both physically and emotionally draining, leaving a lasting impact on her daily habits.

Reflecting on the experience, Ntazola disclosed that the pain following the surgery was severe enough to influence her relationship with food.
“I did lipo on my stomach, and it was so painful I’m scared to eat unhealthy food because I don’t want to go through that pain,” she wrote.

Her revelation comes months after she publicly detailed the financial commitment behind her cosmetic transformation during a trip to Nigeria in late 2025.
Through a series of Instagram stories posted on November 25, she broke down the expenses, offering followers a transparent look into the cost of undergoing surgery abroad.
According to Ntazola, travel logistics including flights and visa fees amounted to Ksh285,000. She also stayed in the upscale Banana Island area, where accommodation cost Ksh47,000 per night for four days.
The liposuction procedure itself cost Ksh900,000. In addition, she spent over two weeks in post-surgery care, paying Ksh13,000 per night for 16 days.
Other personal expenses, including shopping and utilities, pushed the overall cost significantly higher, with Ntazola noting her tendency to spend freely.
Her experience sheds light on both the physical demands and financial implications of cosmetic surgery, sparking conversations online about beauty standards and the realities behind such procedures.
