The FKF Women Premier League heads into a critical penultimate round on Sunday, 11th May 2025, with all matches kicking off simultaneously at 1:00 PM. The title race, top-four ambitions, and relegation survival are all hanging in the balance.
Kenya Police Bullets FC, currently at the top with 42 points, face a tough test against fourth-placed Vihiga Queens FC (37 pts) at the Kenya School of Government in Nairobi. A win for the Bullets could bring them within touching distance of the title, but Vihiga, still mathematically in the hunt, will be pushing for a statement result.
Third-placed Kibera Soccer Women FC (38 pts) travel to Mang’u to meet fifth-placed Zetech Sparks FC (28 pts). With just four points separating them from the top, Kibera can’t afford to drop any points, while Zetech still have a shot at cracking the top four.
Bungoma Queens FC (26 pts) host Trinity Starlets FC (24 pts) in a mid-table battle at the National Polytechnic in Bungoma. Both sides are out of title contention but are eyeing strong finishes to the season.
In Kisumu, Kisumu Allstarlets FC (19 pts) and Kisped Queens FC (22 pts) meet in a match that could determine who finishes higher in the crowded midfield of the table.
At the bottom, the stakes are highest as Mombasa Olympic FC (13 pts) and Bunyore Starlets FC (9 pts) clash in a must-win relegation showdown at Makande Primary School in Mombasa. The loser could face the drop, while a win may offer a lifeline heading into the final weekend.
