How to buy 2024 CHAN tickets, starting at Ksh 200

The Ministry of Sports has officially launched an online platform, Mookh.com, for Kenyans to purchase tickets to the highly anticipated 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The month-long tournament, co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania under the “Pamoja Bid,” is set to kick off on August 2nd and conclude on August 30th, 2025.

Football enthusiasts can now secure their seats for the CHAN matches, with tickets available in three affordable tiers:

  • Ordinary: Ksh 200
  • Silver: Ksh 500
  • Premium: Ksh 1,000

According to the Ministry, fans can purchase up to five tickets per level for each match.

How to Purchase Your CHAN Tickets:

To buy your tickets, simply visit the official online portal: https://chan.mookh.com/.

The user-friendly dashboard allows you to:

  • Select your preferred county and stadium.
  • Browse upcoming matches.
  • Choose the match of your choice.
  • Select the desired ticket category and quantity.

Stadium Readiness and Harambee Stars’ Campaign:

Meanwhile, Kenya’s primary CHAN venues, Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani and Nyayo National Stadium, have been handed over to the Local Organising Committee (LOC) and have successfully passed the final inspection by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). This ensures that the facilities are in prime condition to host continental football.

Kenya’s men’s national team, Harambee Stars, will play all their Group A matches at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, aiming to leverage home-ground advantage. Their opening fixture is against continental heavyweights DR Congo on Sunday, August 3rd, with kick-off scheduled for 3:00 PM.

Head coach Benni McCarthy has officially unveiled his final 25-man squad for the CHAN 2024 tournament, comprising the best of local talent. The squad is as follows:
