Principal Secretary State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya today officially joined the Governing Board of the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI).
The induction session, held at ESAMI’s headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania, was led by Director General Dr. Peter Kiuluku.
Designed to foster confidence, clarify roles, and build collaborative networks, the induction sets the tone for impactful contribution.
ESAMI is a Pan-African Regional Management Development Centre jointly owned by ten member states: Eswatini, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
The institute delivers high-level management training, consultancy, and action-oriented research to build effective leadership across Eastern and Southern Africa.
While making her remarks, the Principal Secretary expressed commitment to advancing ESAMI’s mission of empowering leaders, strengthening institutions, and contributing to sustainable development in Eastern and Southern Africa.
