Moi University in Eldoret has invited members of the public to an auction of cows, donkeys and dogs in from Friday, June 20, until Monday, June 23, before the public auction on Tuesday, June 24.

Moi University Vice Chancellor Prof. Kiplagat Kotut, in a notice, indicated that the animals and vehicles will be auctioned at the farmyard, main campus in Kesses, Uasin Gishu County.

Bulls range from KSh 40,000 to KSh 70,000 and bull calves range from KSh. 7,000 to KSh.20,000 each, while German Shepherd breed of dogs go for KSh.40,000 each.

Donkeys are priced between KSh. 7,000 and KSh. 15,000 each, and pigs range between KSh.3,500 and KSh.7,000 each, while a Toyota Hilux vehicle is being auctioned at Kshs. 350,000.
