Migori County Woman Representative Fatuma Zainab Mohammed has confidently stated that President William Ruto stands unchallenged ahead of the 2027 general elections, asserting that no viable political rival currently poses a threat to his leadership.

Speaking during a community empowerment event in Meru County organized under the invitation of Meru Woman Representative Elizabeth Kailemia, Fatuma expressed strong support for the Kenya Kwanza administration, praising its ongoing development agenda and inclusive leadership approach. 

The event brought together various women and youth groups, receiving support aimed at promoting economic empowerment and self-reliance.

Fatuma further emphasized the crucial role of the Muslim community in the country’s political landscape, stating that Muslims across Kenya will be a cornerstone in President Ruto’s re-election bid. 

According to her, the community recognizes the strides made by the current administration in addressing key national issues and promoting unity.

In a rare show of solidarity, women representatives from different counties echoed her sentiments, directing sharp criticism toward the opposition. 

They particularly singled out former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua’s political faction, accusing it of lacking a coherent agenda for national progress. 

The leaders argued that at a time when the country needs stability and visionary leadership, the opposition has failed to offer alternative solutions or inspire confidence among citizens.

The leaders went on to commend the achievements of President Ruto’s government, highlighting major improvements in critical sectors such as healthcare. 

They cited the Social Health Authority (SHA) insurance scheme as a transformative initiative that is already delivering accessible and dependable medical services to Kenyans without unnecessary delays.
