Kenyan social media personality Pritty Vishy has confirmed undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures, including a liposuction, tummy tuck, and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), so as to enhance her body shape.
The influencer first revealed she had undergone liposuction and a tummy tuck, procedures designed to remove excess fat from her abdomen and tighten the stomach area. Shortly after the surgeries, she disclosed that she experienced post-operative complications, including swelling and discomfort that forced her to return to the hospital for further medical attention.
In mid-July 2025, her best friend Becky Akinyi revealed during a TikTok Live that Vishy had also gone through a BBL procedure, which involved transferring fat from her abdomen to her buttocks to achieve a more contoured and curvy figure.
Despite facing challenges during her recovery, Pritty Vishy has remained active on social media, sharing updates with her fans and expressing confidence in her decision.
While some of her fans have praised her for being transparent about her body transformation, others have raised concerns about the health risks and societal pressures that push individuals toward surgical alterations.
Despite a lot of hate and body shaming that she has had since she gained her fame, she has always been trying to be positive and confident about her physic and this led her to get into a journey of loosing weight and now into the surgical procedures. She says she is focusing on healing, and embracing her new look.
On 7th August she uploaded on her YouTube channel, where she a full video documenting the moments leading up to her surgery, the procedure itself, and her initial recovery phase.
Moreover she has been giving her fans updates on her Instagram stories as well on her healing process, sharing both the challenges and progress she’s making. She has shown bandaged areas, discussed the pain and swelling, and reassured fans that she is following all post-op medical advice.
