Principal Secretary Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, of the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development, visited Imusutsu, Friends School Muhudu, and Kaimosi Special School in Vihiga County, where she delivered an inspiring mentorship talk to students. She encouraged them to work hard and focus on their education for a brighter future.
Dr. Imbunya emphasized that education is the only true equalizer in society, urging the learners to seize every opportunity for growth and learning.
Additionally, Dr. Imbunya encouraged parents and all Kenyans to register for the Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF) to ensure accessible healthcare without financial strain.
Accompanied by County Commissioner Ms. Beatrice Sitawa and other senior officials, the PS also distributed food items and dignity packs to the learners in the three schools, reinforcing the importance of support and care for the community. Together, we can build a stronger, healthier future for our children!
