Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has stirred public attention after making a heartfelt and passionate appeal to support the family of the late Influencer Albert Ojwang.
In a statement that has since gone viral, Sonko remarked, “Huyu Mzee, babake the late Albert Ojwang, ako na heshima sana. Hebu munitumie namba yake ama nileteeni yeye kwa office, ama mama Albert ama the widow.”
Albert Ojwang, who’s death has touched many people across the nation will be remembered for his contribution to his community and social media.
Sonko, known for his outspoken nature and philanthropic efforts, appeared emotional as he made the appeal, emphasizing the need to honor Ojwang’s legacy by supporting his family during this difficult time.
“I will not allow the family of a man like Ojwang to suffer in silence. Whether it’s the father, the widow or the mother, we must show them the respect they deserve,” Sonko added in a follow-up comment.
