MP Babu Owino: “My dad died when I was in Class 3; that’s why my mum decided to sell Chang’aa”
Embakasi East MP Babu Owino narrates his life story as a child after the death of his father.
MP Babu says his mother resolved to sell local brew (chang’aa) to feed and educate them after the death of their father.
The MP says that his father died when he was in class 3 and her mother through selling chang’aa raised money to pay their bills and rent.
Babu is born in a family of three children and he is the last born.
