A call has been made to young people in the country to re-consinder on what they post on peronal social media handles .

Speaking in Machakos during an empowerment training to youth drawn from different parts of the county, Catherine Karambu — a communication specialist — said many youth in the country risk not getting employment in serious organisations or government office due to lack of ethics on their social media platforms .

She urged young people to make good use of their social media handles since current world employers scrutunise social media as part of curriculum vitae assesment before employment intakes .

Beneficiaries expressed satification on the empowerment program training them on how to start small busines using readily available resources .
