Ugandan socialite and businesswoman Zari Hassan was involved in a road accident in Johannesburg, South Africa recently. Her luxury Range Rover sustained significant damage, though fortunately, the star herself is safe.

The collision took place on a busy route in the Sandton area of Johannesburg. Initial reports suggest the incident happened during the late morning traffic.                                                                                  

Zari, widely known as ‘The Boss Lady’, quickly took to social media to reassure her concerned fans. She shared images of the aftermath, showing the crumpled front of the expensive SUV.

“Honestly, I’m just grateful to be alive right now. It was terrifying. Thank you to everyone for checking on me.”

She confirmed that she was shaken but not seriously hurt, stating that the car’s safety features likely prevented a far worse outcome.

Photographs shared online show the severity of the impact. The Range Rover’s bonnet was twisted, the front bumper was smashed, and the headlights appeared to be completely destroyed.

While the exact cost of the damage is yet to be confirmed by an assessor, an initial estimate puts the repair bill at a substantial figure. 

Local police and emergency services attended the scene. Zari confirmed that a report was filed, and investigations into the exact cause of the crash are now underway.

She did not reveal whether she was alone in the vehicle or if another driver was involved.

Despite the traumatic experience, Zari’s characteristic strength shone through. Just hours after the incident, she was back to handling her business commitments, a testament to her ‘Boss Lady’ title.

“A setback is just a setup for a comeback. We move,” she posted, along with an update on her recovery.

Her fans, followers, and celebrity friends have flooded her social media comments with messages of support and relief.
