Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) remains a largely unfamiliar condition, characterized by muscle rigidity and heightened sensitivity to stimuli.

It can severely impact a person’s ability to walk or engage in daily activities.

SPS primarily affects women and typically surfaces between the ages of 30 and 60.

There’s no known cure, medical professionals can manage the condition using muscle relaxants and steroids.

Claudette expressed hope that researchers will find a remedy for this challenging illness.
