Collect your documents at Huduma Centres, PS Imbunya urges Kenyans

Effective and efficient service delivery is essential for the success of any government. It enhances citizen satisfaction and builds trust in public institutions. By providing accessible, timely, and high-quality services, we can better meet the diverse needs of our population.

Today, State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development Principal Secretary Dr Jane Kere Imbunya toured the Makadara Huduma Centre in Nairobi.

During her visit, she engaged with Kenyans seeking various services to gather firsthand feedback on their experiences. Understanding the challenges they face is crucial for discovering improvements that can enhance our service delivery even further.

One notable observation was the large number of uncollected documents, especially National Identity Cards, lying at the One Stop Shop.

In her comments, PS Imbunya encouraged Kenyans who applied for various documents to visit Huduma Centres and collect their documents to ensure access to vital services.

“The government is determined to ensure Kenyans access services effective and efficiently, that’s why we have Huduma One Stop Shops across the country to facilitate the same, I would like to urge our people to maximise the use of Huduma in accessing vital services provided by Government,” she said.
