Celebrity couple Dorea Chege and DJ Dibul have recently been on the trends due to allegations of domestic violence.
One fan initially alleged,”Dibul na yeye hutandikwa proper, I have known them for a while. Kuna siku alichunwa masikio kwa balcony before aanze kuchapwa.”
This ‘simple’ post gained a huge traction online with many netizens fueling it further.
Dibul in a post seemingly reacting on the issue wrote, ” Siku hizi unaingia online unapata unatrend na hujui. Weh! Umewahijipata ukitrend na uko clueless?Anyway padre ako sawa.”
Dorea on the other hand in a post asking for a taekwondo trainer encountered a harsh audience referring to her using famous boxers names.
The beauty didn’t keep quiet but took the opportunity to slightly address the naysayers and rumour mongers one, posing whether Dibul’s hands are tied to silently endure the alleged beatings, and two, maintaining that those determined to dim her light won’t succeed since she is too bright.
“Anapigwa kwani amefungwa mikono?..Lies can’t blur my shine, I’m too bright.” Dorea wrote in comments sighted by Radio 47 Digital.
Additionally, in a candid conversation with Maskani 47’s Billy Miya and Mbaruk Mwalimu, Dorea expressed her shock on the widespread rumour noting she also met it online as others did.
“Unavyonijua, nakaa kufanya kitendo kama hicho?” she posed to Billy Miya
She wondered when she committed the alleged act while stating that the Cyber Crime Law should be surely start working to ensure online bullies are properly contained.
“Nilishangaa nilipigana saa ngapi…Tushaongea kama familia…Not everyone loves me na kwa sababu mtu amepewa platform ya kuongea it’s a leeway for some kuharibu jina la watu anonymously but nawachia Mungu, the truth will be known,” she stated.
Dorea further said that netizens have thrown several tests between her and DJ Dibul this year congratulating herself for being too strong.
It should be remembered that the couple have also gained trends in the recent past over infidelity claims involving Dibul, but Dorea candidly stood to defend him.
