Elon Musk has said that he will launch a new political group called the “America Party” if a Spending Bill supported by US President Donald Trump is passed.
In a post on his social media platform X ( Twitter), Musk called the bill “insane” and said that the current political system—led by both Democrats and Republicans—no longer speaks for the people. He believes a new party is needed to give Americans a real voice.
“If this insane spending bill passes, the America Party will be formed the next day,” Musk wrote. “Our country needs an alternative to the Democrat-Republican uniparty so that the people actually have a voice.”
Elon Musk has often shared strong opinions about U.S. politics. While it’s not clear if he plans to run for office or just support the new party, his comment has caused a lot of discussion online.
So far, Trump and his team have not responded to Musk’s statement. Many people are now waiting to see if Musk will follow through on his promise.
