Kevin Kinuthia, popularly known as Kinuthia, has once again stirred conversations online after opening up about his body transformation journey and future cosmetic surgery plans during an interview with Oga Obinna.
Speaking candidly in an interview with Obinna, Kinuthia revealed that he is considering breast surgery once he completes his weight loss journey using Ozempic shots.
According to him, his current appearance still gives many people the impression that he is male, something he hinted he wants to change.
“I want to get breast surgery because the small breasts I have give people the perception that I’m a man,” Kinuthia said.
The media personality also disclosed plans to undergo a tummy tuck after completing the Ozempic treatment.
He shared that he began his weight loss journey at 148 kilograms and currently weighs 121 kilograms, with a target weight of between 80 and 100 kilograms.
Beyond the discussion surrounding his appearance, Kinuthia also addressed long-standing speculation about his lavish lifestyle and source of income.
For years, some Kenyans have questioned how he manages to sustain his lifestyle, especially with his frequent house moves and luxury living.
However, Kinuthia firmly dismissed claims of having “fishy” sources of money, insisting that his income comes entirely from his work with Bed Palace Kenya and content creation.
“I purely depend on my work at Bed Palace. There’s no other fishy source of money,” he stated.
Kinuthia further revealed that the shortest period he has stayed in a house is four months, while the longest has been close to a year. He also hinted that fans should expect another moving vlog soon after relocating to a new apartment.
Known for wearing women’s clothes, wigs, makeup, nails, and heels, Kinuthia has consistently sparked debate online regarding gender expression and identity.
During the interview, Obinna openly stated that he still views Kinuthia as a man. However, instead of giving a direct answer, Kinuthia responded with a question of his own:
“Who said that?”
