People’s Party leader Ndindi Nyoro has hit back at President William Ruto’s claims that the opposition lacks an agenda, saying the opposition has a clear plan focused on education, healthcare, security, job creation and economic growth.
Nyoro said the Government should focus on fulfilling the promises it made to Kenyans instead of lecturing the opposition about its agenda.
He maintained that the People’s Party and the wider opposition have a clear agenda to address the challenges facing Kenyans and improve their lives.
Nyoro also called on the NCIC to apply accountability equally to leaders in Government and the Opposition, insisting that institutions must remain impartial.
He further urged opposition parties to unite behind one presidential candidate and one running mate ahead of the 2027 General Election, saying a united opposition would give Kenyans a clear alternative.
Nyoro said the People’s Party remains focused on addressing the challenges affecting Kenyans and delivering meaningful change
