PS Kipsang officiates a National ID and Birth Certificates registration outreach

The Principal Secretary for Immigration and Citizen Services, Dr. Belio R. Kipsang presided over the annual prayer and thanks giving ceremony at Ainapnget’uny Secondary School in Tinderet Sub-County, Nandi County.

The event brought together students, teachers, parents, and senior government officials for a day on community engagement and public service outreach.

Dr. Kipsang reaffirmed the government’s commitment to ensuring inclusive and equitable access to essential services, particularly for the youth.

“Access to identification documents is not only a constitutional right but also a critical enabler for young people seeking access to higher education, employment, and government services. We are committed to removing barriers that delay or deny young citizens their rightful documentation,” said Dr. Kipsang.

The school’s administration expressed appreciation for the visit and support from the government. They reaffirmed their commitment to providing quality, value-based education and to nurturing responsible, empowered citizens who will contribute meaningfully to Kenya’s future.

Dr. Kipsang was accompanied by Principal Secretary for Social Protection, Principal Secretary for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development among other government officials.
