Jadon Sancho: Saudi Arabia club to make last minute rush for winger

Al Ettifaq, a Saudi Arabia club, is reportedly preparing to bid for the acquisition of Jadon Sancho before the Saudi Pro League transfer window closes.

Apparently, discussions have already commenced between the two parties concerning a potential deal.

The would see the winger move to Saudi Arabia for the remainder of the season.

Additionally, Al Ettifaq seems open to the idea of including a purchase option in the agreement.

Nevertheless, insiders well-versed in the negotiations tend to favor the possibility of a direct loan arrangement between the clubs, considering the imminent closure of the Saudi Arabia transfer window within 12 hours.

Whether Sancho himself is receptive to this transfer remains uncertain.

On Sunday, Erik ten Hag, Manchester United’s manager, publicly revealed that he left out Sancho from the Arsenal match due to poor training performances, revealing friction.

Manager Ten Hag explained after the match that Sancho’s exclusion was based on his training performances, stating,

“You have to consistently meet our standards every day at Manchester United,

“So, for this particular game, he was not chosen.”

However, responding on X (formerly known as Twitter), Sancho fired back, saying,

“Please don’t believe everything you read! I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue, “I have conducted myself in training very well this week.

“I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t go into,

“l’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair!

“All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team,

“I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and (am) grateful to do so which I know every week is a challenge.

“I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what!”
