Jaguar admits to heading iPhone Street Kenya

In a statement on his social media, the former legislator admitted to being at the helm of the company.

“As the director of @iphone_streetkenya, it is quite unfortunate that some of our clients have experienced disatisfaction.” he expressed.

In his statement he goes on to take responsibility for what has been highlighted to happen at his establishment

He stated “I have taken a personal initiative and take full responsibility on what happened.”

Among the things he took responsibility for was the state of item verification and feedback to customers on the same.

iPhone street had remained unresponsive to customer inquiries on purchased iPhones that developed issues immediately after purchase.

Jaguar expressed that he will “commit to put in place a new customer service team for clear product information”

Nevertheless, due to the anger towards the iPhone dealer the former member of parliament admitted that his management could have handled the situation differently.

In the final part of his statement he expressed the need to employ better conflict resolution mechanisms moving forward.

How did iPhone street get here?

The celebrity endorsed retailer was experiencing mounting pressure on social media for not responding to customer feedback.

The feedback was exclusively on dysfunctional iPhones that had just been purchased from the retailer.

However, the mounting pressure climaxed when a tikToker user @Lordhezion took to the platform illustrating the fraud customers were talking about.

iPhone street would later follow up with a statement which neither took responsibility nor addressed customer dissatisfaction.

Despite Hon jaguar coming clean about the shortcomings of his business, TikTok users have flooded the app to share their experiences with the retailer.
