Senator Mungatana defends UDA after Nelson Havi’s exit

Tana River Senator Danson Mungatana has said that lawyer Nelson Havi’s exit from the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Party does not mark the end of the party.

Mungatana stated that political parties are institutions made up of many members and continue to exist even when one individual decides to leave.

He explained that Havi’s decision to quit was personal, but the UDA Party will remain strong because it is built on solid foundations and a clear development vision.

The senator added that the party still enjoys widespread support from Kenyans across the country, and that his leadership as a UDA senator will continue to advance the Kenya Kwanza government’s agenda.
