The Maasai and Kamba communities have been asked to hold unity talks ahead of 2027 general elections in a bid to support Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s presidential ambitions.

Speaking in Kajiado, Francis Mwangangi the Machakos County Deputy Governor said the two communities have been living peaceful as neighbours and their is a need to support one presidential candidate for 2027 general elections .

Refering back to historical borders, Mwangangi asked the Masaai community to join Wiper Patriotic Front Party, promising free and fair nominations in forthcoming elections.

Mwangangi’s sentiments come a day after Wiper leader held a political consultation meeting with youth leaders from Kajiado in a bid to strengthen the Wiper Party in the Maa counties .
