Police in Korogocho, Nairobi County, have arrested a notorious suspect linked to a series of phone-snatching incidents within the area.

The suspect was arrested following a swift response to an armed robbery incident reported at Korogocho Police Station.

Immediately after the victim filed the report, the officers deployed to the scene and successfully tracked down and arrested the suspect. During the arrest, police recovered one Samsung smartphone and a knife believed to have been used in the commission of the crime.

The suspect was escorted to the station and placed in custody, awaiting processing and arraignment in court to face relevant charges.
