Police launch investigations after recovery of Human manhood dumped along Mombasa Road

Police in Mukaa Sub-County, Makueni County, have launched investigations following the recovery of a male human body part at Kiongwani area along the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway.

According to a report filed at Sultan Hamud Police Station (OB No. 16/10/06/2026), officers on routine patrol received information from members of the public regarding a suspected human body part that had been spotted at the location.

Police officers from Sultan Hamud Police Station, accompanied by detectives from DCI Mukaa, visited the scene and recovered what was confirmed to be a human penis believed to belong to an unidentified male.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the body part may have been severed elsewhere before being dumped at the scene.

The area was processed by investigators and the recovered body part was transferred to Sultan Hamud Sub-County Hospital Mortuary for preservation pending identification and further forensic examination.

The case has been recorded as a Pending Under Investigation (PUI), with detectives from DCI Mukaa leading the investigations.
