What Harmonize’s appointment of Geobek means for his international brand

Tanzanian music sensation Harmonize has taken a bold step towards international stardom by naming George Beke, popularly known as Geobek, as his new international manager.

The announcement, made on April 18, coincided with a broader restructuring of the Konde Music Worldwide team, the label Harmonize leads.

Geobek, a renowned figure in the African music industry, is the founder and Managing Director of Geobek Entertainment.

He brings a wealth of experience in artist management, development, and global strategy, having collaborated with industry heavyweights such as Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi, French Montana, LayLizzy, DJ Tarico, and the Yaba Buluku Boyz.

Notably, Geobek was also the executive producer and A&R behind Harmonize’s 2023 hit single “Single Again,” produced by DJ Tarico.

In his new role, Geobek will focus on expanding Harmonize’s global footprint by leveraging his extensive network and expertise in artist development and international branding.

His commitment to mentoring talent and promoting African music globally aligns closely with Harmonize’s ambitions.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Johannesburg, Geobek combines academic knowledge with hands-on industry experience.

His leadership at Geobek Entertainment has played a key role in bringing African artists to the global stage, and his appointment is expected to usher in a dynamic new chapter for Harmonize.

This partnership is seen as a strategic move to position Harmonize alongside Africa’s top international acts.

As the music industry continues to globalize, Harmonize’s collaboration with Geobek reflects a growing trend of African artists taking their sound beyond the continent.

Fans can expect fresh projects and broader international visibility as the duo works to elevate Konde Music Worldwide to new heights.
