Brighton now warn Man United: We are not coming to Old Trafford as tourists

Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi has sent a stern message to Manchester United ahead of their highly anticipated English Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Speaking at a press conference, De Zerbi lauded Old Trafford’s legacy but emphasized his team’s commitment to securing maximum points with their distinctive style of play.

“Old Trafford? It’s an honour to coach at this stadium but make no mistake, we’re not here as tourists. We aim to play our way and emerge victorious,” stated the Italian, who holds Manchester United in high regard and acknowledges the challenge that this league fixture presents.

“Manchester United remains a powerhouse in European football. The atmosphere will be electric, but our DNA compels us to play well, maintain possession, and strive for victory. It’s a tough match, but we possess the qualities needed to triumph,” Roberto De Zerbi added.
