Here’s how to pay eCitizen on the KCB App without moving money twice.

What you need

•     Your eCitizen account, with the invoice or payment reference number already generated.

•     The KCB Mobile App.

•     Enough money in your KCB account to cover the service fee.

How to pay eCitizen on the KCB App

1.     Log in to your eCitizen account, select the service, and generate the invoice. Note the payment reference / bill number.

2.     Open the KCB Mobile App and tap Pay Your Bills.

3.     Select eCitizen / Government Services.

4.     Enter your eCitizen invoice or reference number.

5.     Confirm the amount shown matches your invoice.

6.     Authorise the payment with your PIN.

7.     Keep the confirmation SMS. Your eCitizen account updates to show the payment as received.
