TV 47and Radio 47 presenter Liz Mutuku has officially launched Lizah Foundation International in a colourful ceremony held at Panari Hotel on the night of Friday, 8th May 2026.
The high-profile event was attended by prominent leaders including Wiper Patriotic Front Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi, Health Principal Secretary Dr. Ouma Olunga, MCSK CEO Ezekiel Mutua, Members of Parliament, county and national government officials, clergy, media collogues , and her family.
In her speech the award winning popular media personality said; “I am very honored to have been joined by these esteemed leaders and guests. It is not every day you call leaders and people to come to your event and they respond to your call. Your support amazes me. Of course, my mantra remains Rekindled Hope to Generations. Thank you for believing in me and helping me put a smile on a face.”
Mutuku further outlined the foundation’s mission, saying it remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities through education, women’s empowerment programmes, youth mentorship and impact initiatives, as well as environmental conservation efforts.
In his remarks Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi highlighted the government’s role in supporting vulnerable members of society.

On his part Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka stressed the need for good governance with proper structures to eradicate poverty.

Health PS Dr. Ouma Olunga pledged to partner with Lizah Foundation International on health-related programs through various organizations.

The launch of Lizah Foundation International reflects her commitment to community service, with a focus on education, women and youth empowerment, mentorship, and environmental conservation.
