Director Trevor has announced Eve Nyaga as the replacement for his former partner Eve Mungai on his YouTube channel.

Trevor made the announcement on social media on March 18, 2024, stating that Eve Nyaga will be taking over from Eve Mungai.

He shared photos posing with Eve Nyaga, introducing her as the new face of Kenya Online Media.

Trevor expressed excitement about Eve Nyaga’s role, promising viewers an exciting journey filled with entertainment and insight as she brings her passion and flair to the forefront.

Director Trevor and Mungai’s relationship

Director Trevor, who had been in a romantic relationship with Eve Mungai for nearly five years, announced on February 19, 2024, that they had parted ways both personally and professionally.

He disclosed in a series of Insta Stories that he had taken full control of their joint YouTube channel and no longer required Eve Mungai’s services.

When questioned about the possibility of working with Mungai in the future, Trevor stated that her involvement in their joint platforms had been terminated.

He clarified that Eve Mungai’s services were no longer required on their YouTube channel with 754K subscribers, Insta Fame with 104K subscribers, and Facebook with 874K followers.

Despite this, they had agreed with her parents to continue working together professionally after their breakup.

Trevor explained that he stopped working with Eve Mungai because she violated their 50/50 agreement, where they shared revenue equally from their brand, including YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.

According to him, Eve wanted a larger share of the revenue because she believed she deserved more than the 50 percent stake she was receiving as the face of the brand.

He also mentioned in the interview that the brand’s Instagram account, controlled by Eve Mungai, generated more revenue for them in 2023, leading her to believe that she should have a greater say in determining the percentage she should share with him.
