Willy Paul’s new song ‘Kuu Kuu’ amazes Kenyans

Celebrated Kenyan artiste Wilson Abubakar Radido popularly known as Willy Paul has been topping charts for the better part of 2024 with his recent release titled ‘Kuu Kuu’.

The song featuring Liberia’s top artist JZyNo was released in March 2024 and has been receiving positive feedback from the public.

‘Kuu Kuu’ was ranked number two on the TikTok platform in Kenya on March 31st and number three in Liberia.

On YouTube, the song is currently ranked number 34 for the top music video.

Recently, Willy Paul was receiving flowers for his excellent dancing skills which he showcased in the Boom Festival as he graced the stage with 20 dancers.

“The best stage performer in East Africa,” read one of the comments on the recap video of his performance.

He also shared a video of his mother’s daughter dancing to his song with the caption “Yes, My Daughter’s Mother, My Mama Sonya… Always Showing Love And Support.”

Meanwhile, his fans have been jumping into the song’s dance challenge on various entertainment platforms

However, Willy Paul has announced that his album will launch on April 30th 2024.

Willy Paul’s music career

The 30 year old musician has been in the music industry since he was 18 years old.

Pozze started off with gospel music having released big tracks before transitioning to secular music.

He collaborated with Gloria Muliro in the making of the hit song Kitanzi which was released 10 years ago.

However, the journey of his music career has not been as smooth as it looks.

He has encountered challenges that have been trying to pull him down. Nevertheless, he conquered them all and came out strongly.
