KUCCPS has advised applicants to access the portal only through its official website to avoid fraudulent links and misleading information.
After confirming their placement, students should visit the website of the university or college where they have been admitted to download their admission letters and obtain reporting dates, fee structures and other joining instructions.
Speaking during the release of the 2026 University Placement Results, Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba said institutions are now expected to begin the admission process and communicate the necessary information to successful applicants.
“Universities and colleges to which students have been placed are now expected to immediately embark on preparations for admission and communicate appropriate joining instructions following the conclusion of the placement process,” Ogamba said during the release of the 2026 University Placement Results.
Ogamba also announced that 202,133 students were placed in degree programmes, 28,246 in Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), 500 in Diploma in Law, 765 in Kenya Utalii College and 875 in secondary teacher training colleges. He further disclosed that 8,915 students who qualified for degree programmes opted for non-degree courses in tertiary institutions and were successfully placed.
