Jubilee Health Insurance has been named Best Digital Insurance Provider at the Kenya E-Commerce Awards 2026, recognising the company’s continued investment in digital solutions that make health insurance simpler, more accessible and more convenient for customers.
The recognition reflects Jubilee Health Insurance’s ongoing efforts to transform the customer journey through digital onboarding, self-service platforms, online policy purchase, flexible payment options and technology-enabled customer support.
Speaking on the award, Jubilee Health Insurance Chief Executive Officer and Principal Officer, Njeri Jomo, said the recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to using technology to solve real customer needs.
“Customers increasingly expect services to be simple, accessible and available when and where they need them. Our focus has been to use technology to remove unnecessary complexity from health insurance while ensuring customers still receive the support and assurance they need,” said Jomo.
Jubilee Health Insurance has continued to strengthen its digital capabilities across the insurance journey, enabling customers to access cover through digital platforms and introducing more flexible ways to pay for eligible annual medical covers.
The company has also invested in digital distribution, paperless processes, customer self-service and technology-enabled healthcare access as part of its broader strategy to improve convenience and expand access to health insurance.
