Allan Ochieng alias Hype Ballo was on Monday, April 22 charged with the murder of Felix Kelian Kintosi, a DCI officer attached to DCI Dagoretti, at the Kiambu High Court.

However, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) — through prosecution counsel Jenifer Ndeda — filed an application for his detention pending the completion of a social inquiry report by Probation and Aftercare.
