The current World Record for the most babies delivered in a single birth to survive is being held by Halima Cisse.
The Malian woman, on 4th May 2021, gave birth to nine children at the Ain Borja clinic in Casablanca, Morocco.

According to the Guinness World Record, Halima’s feat is the first known incidence of nonpulets surviving birth.
It is incredible that the nonuplets are turning five today.
The record was previously held by Nadya Suleman (USA) aka “Octomom”, the American media personality who gave birth to eight babies in 2009.
“Nonuplets are extremely rare, and until the arrival of the Cisse children, no cases had been recorded of nine babies from a single birth surviving for more than a few hours,” the Guinness World Record says.
